摘要
在综述了禁用偶氮染料的致癌机理和一般特点的基础上,分析了禁用偶氮染料芳香胺中间体的结构与毒性的关系.研究表明:芳香胺的致癌活性与其分子结构有直接的联系,主要受到电子诱导效应、共轭效应和卤素取代效应的影响;此外,偶氮染料的致癌活性还与其本身的分子结构和性质有关.
Based on a review of the mechanism of carcinogenesis and common characteristics of azo dyes, the structure-and-toxicity relationships of aromatic amine intermediates of banned azo dyes were analyzed. It turned out that carcinogenic activity of aromatic amines is directly related with molecular structure through theion-inductive effect, conjugation effect and chloric substituent effect. Besides, carcinogenic activity of dyes is also related to molecular structures and properties of themselves.
