摘要
介绍了一种基于机器视觉的自动传插件的智能控制定位检测系统,该系统利用机器视觉技术结合自动控制技术,使定位精度达到了839.843 75nm,与机械定位相比,提高了系统的稳定性和精确性.在更多自由度,更精确、快速的自动化智能控制方面作出了进一步的提升和改善.该系统已经投入试验开发,且运行良好、状态稳定,达到了设计要求.
A demonstration system of positioning detection by intelligent control for automatic connectors was introduced based on machine vision. The system combined with auto control technology reaches a higher precision 839. 843 75 nm and has a higher stability than mechanical positioning. This system has more degrees of freedom. Automation and intelligent control are more accurate and fast, its function has been promoted and improved. This system has been used in pilot development, and its state is stable, meets the design needs.
