石油行业是对科技人才依存度较高的行业,为了减少人才和技术的流失、保护企业利益,中国石化江苏油田分公司物探技术研究院通过科研关键岗位的人才储备、岗位转换、信息共享和技术保密等措施,建立了有效的保护机制,为提高企业自主创新能力、实现持续稳定发展奠定了坚实基础。
Oil industry relies heavily on talented personnel in science and technology.To reduce loss in talented personnel and techniques,and protect interest of the company,Geophysical Technology Institute of SINOPEC Jiangsu Oilfield Company establishes effective protection mechanism by means of talent pool,post conversion,information sharing,and technology confidentiality,laying solid basis for enhancing the company's independent creativity and achieving steady and stable development.
