摘要
为研究大麦虫蛋白粉在南美白对虾幼体开口饵料中的应用,以大麦虫蛋白粉和鱼粉的不同添加比例(1︰1、1︰2和1︰3,即配方1、配方2及配方s3)投喂南美白对虾幼体12 d。实验结束后,测定各组生长性能、水质变化及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等非特异性免疫指标。结果表明,用不同比例的大麦虫蛋白粉和鱼粉饲养南美白对虾幼体对生长有一定的促进作用,且配方1(1︰1)的养殖效果最好,能不同程度地提高体内ACP、AKP、SOD、CAT等非特异性免疫能力,且对水质无不良影响。因此认为,在南美白对虾幼体开口期间,大麦虫蛋白粉可部分替代鱼粉,是一种较好的动物蛋白源。
The application of Zophobas morio powder in Penaeus vannamei larva feed was studied. The Penaeus vannamei larvae were fed with different proportions ofZophobas morio protein powder and fish meal ( 1 : 1, 1 : 2 and 1 : 3, as formula 1, 2, and 3 ) for 12 days. The growth performance, water quality changes and the nonspecific immunity indexes ( SOD, CAT, ACP and AKP) were determined at the end of the experiment.The results show that feeding the Penaeus vannamei larvae with different proportions of Zophobas morio powder and fish meal could promote the growth, and the best promotive effect was observed in the formula 1 ( 1 : 1 ) . The activities ofACP, AKP, SOD and CAT were improved in different degree. There was no significant difference on the water quality. So, as a partial substitute for fish meal, the Zophobas morio protein powder is a good source of animal protein in Penaeus vannamei larva feed.
