摘要
简要介绍了热连轧卷取区的设备组成及工艺特点,重点对卷取机的张力控制系统进行了说明,同时对卷取张力力矩、钢卷直径、力矩补偿等方面的计算方法进行了阐述。
The equipment composing and technology characteristic of coiler area in hot strip mill is simply presented.Coiler tension control system is introduced in detail and it is also described for the calculation methods of coiler tension torque,coil diameter,torque compensation and so on.
