摘要
从25Cr5MoA的组织、晶粒度、冲击断口以及生产工艺等方面对钢材冲击韧性不合格的原因进行了分析。结果表明,钢材终锻温度偏低,在钢材表面保留部分加工硬化,在后续的热处理中,容易使晶粒剧烈长大,导致钢材晶粒粗大,塑韧性下降。通过适当的正火处理,完全消除了工艺上产生的缺陷,改善了钢材的韧性性能。
The reasons of impact ductility fault were analyzed from structure,grain size,impact fracture and process technology.The result showed that retained work-hardening in the surface of steel as the lower temperature lead to grain growth and ductility reduction after heat treatment.Defect of process technology was erased and the ductility was improved be normalizing treatment.
