白花蛇舌草总黄酮对黑色素瘤A375和B16细胞增殖和凋亡的影响

Effects of FOD on the Proliferation and Apoptosis of Melanoma A375 and B16 Cells

目的:观察白花蛇舌草总黄酮(FOD)对体外培养黑色素瘤A375和B16细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:体外培养黑色素瘤A375和B16细胞,使用不同浓度的FOD作用24 h、48 h,采用MTT比色法检测细胞增殖的抑制作用,流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡的影响。结果:FOD抑制黑色素瘤A375和B16细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡的作用呈明显的浓度和时间依赖性。结论:FOD能有效抑制黑色素瘤A375和B16细胞细胞增殖,并诱导细胞凋亡。

Objective：To investigate the effects of FOD on the proliferation and apoptosis of A375 and B16 cells in vitro. Methods：The effect of FOD in different concentration on the proliferation of A375 and B16 cells was detected by MTT assay.The effect of FOD on the apoptotic ratio of A375 and B16 cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results：FOD could obviously inhibit the proliferation of A375 and B16 cells in concentration-and time-dependent manner.The apoptotic ratio of A375 and B16 cells was obviously increased by FOD. Conclusion：FOD can inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of A375 and B16 cells.
