关节腔冲洗联合点式直线偏振光近红外线照射治疗膝急性痛风性关节炎

Treatment of knee gouty arthritis by joint lavation and Super Lizer irradiation

目的 探讨关节腔冲洗及点式直线偏振光近红外线照射对膝关节急性痛风性关节炎的治疗效果.方法 将膝急性痛风性关节炎86例随机分成两组,观察组56例采用关节腔冲洗联合点式直线偏振光近红外线照射治疗,并与采用系统药物治疗的对照组30例进行随机对照研究.结果 术后观察组关节肿痛均明显减轻,局部发热消退,关节活动明显改善,SUA值下降或恢复正常,VAS评分显著下降,总有效率100%;与同组治疗前对比（P〈0.01）、与对照组比较（P〈0.05）;随访3～31个月,疗效满意.结论 关节腔冲洗联合点式直线偏振光近红外线照射治疗膝急性痛风性关节炎可迅速消除症状,缩短急性期病程,且具有损伤小、恢复快、简便易行等优点.

Objective To explore the effect of joint lavation combined with Super Lizer irradia tion on patients with. knee gouty arthritis. Methods Eighty-six patients with knee gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in observation group （56 cases） were treated by lavation and Super Lizer irradiation, and the therapeutic results were compared with the control group（30 cases） treated by systemic drug therapy. Results The knee pain and swelling in the obser- vation group were relieved obviously, joint activities also improved obviously, SUA value dropped or backed to normal, VAS decreased significantly after the operations. The total effective rate was 100%, compared with pre-treatment（P^0.01） ; compared with control group （P^0.05）. The fol- low-up from 3 to 31 months showed that all the patients acquired satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion Joint lavation combined with Super Lizer irradiation can remove the symptom of the patients immediately, shorten acute course of disease, with the advantages of minor damage, faster recovery and being easier to operate in the treatment of knee acute gouty arthritis.
