针刀结合手法按摩治疗椎动脉型颈椎病84例临床报告

Needle-knfie combined with massage the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis with 84 cases report

目的 观察针刀结合手法按摩治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效.方法 椎动脉型颈椎病患者84例随机分成治疗组（n=44例）和对照组（n=40例）.治疗组以针刀结合手法按摩治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗.结果 治疗3周后评定疗效,治疗组治愈26例.显效11例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95%;对照组治愈5例,显效7例,有效20例,无效8例,总有效率80%.结论 针刀结合手法按摩较单纯针刺疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病是一种更有效的方法.

Objective To observe the effect of needle-knife combined with massage on patients with vertebral artery t.ype of cervical spondylosis. Methods Eighty-four patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 44） and controlled group （n^40）. Patients in the treatment group were treated by needle-knife combined with massage and patients in the controlled group were treated by acupuncture. Results The efficacy was evaluated in 3 weeks after the treatment. 26 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the treatment group, and its total effective rate was 950//00. 5 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective in the controlled group, its total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion Needle-knife combined with massage is a more effective method than acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
