Ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus block

腰丛神经阻滞常联合坐骨神经阻滞用于下肢手术与治疗.其传统方法是通过体表解剖标志定位进行神经阻滞,但目前超声技术已经成功应用于腰丛神经阻滞中.由于超声技术的应用,可以将整个穿刺过程完全在直视下显示出来.因此,可显著减少并发症的发生.目前已证实超声实时引导下腰丛神经阻滞技术能极大地提高神经阻滞的成功率和安全性.

Lumbar plexus block combined with sciatic nerve block is frequently used for lower limb surgery and treatment. Traditionally this block is performed by the location of body surface anatomical landmarks, but now the technique of ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus block was successfully used in clinic. By direct visualization, this new technology may potentially reduce complications. It has been demonstrated that real- time ultrasound guidance lumbar plexus block can remarkably improve successful rate and safety.
