摘要
本研究制定以发展高校中年体育人口的身心健康为主要内容的健身运动处方,并在中年人的健身运动中进行运动处方锻炼实验,探讨健身运动处方对高校中年体育人口进行健身锻炼指导的可行性.结果表明:进行健身运动处方锻炼能有效的改善高校中年体育人口的身体机能,增进身心健康.运用健身运动处方组织高校中年体育人口进行健身锻炼是受欢迎的、科学的、行之有效的.
This study intents to make fitness sports prescription in order to develop the physical and mental health of the middle-aged sports persons in universities,carry out experiments of sports prescription exercise,and to investigate the possibility of guiding the middle-aged sports persons in universities to keep fit with sports prescription.The experiment result shows that doing fitness sports prescription exercise could improve the health of middle-aged sports persons in universities effectively;besides,organizing fitness exercises according to the sports prescription among middle-aged sports persons in universities is welcome,scientific and effective making use of the fitness sports prescription
