摘要
染料敏化太阳电池(DSC电池)近年来已经引起国内外众多学者的重视,越来越多的研究者对此表现出极大的兴趣。染料敏化剂是染料敏化太阳电池的光电转化效率(IPCE)和寿命最关键的因素。简要介绍了DSC电池结构及工作原理,主要是针对近年来很有前景的香豆素类、半菁类、多烯类、吲哚类及其他很有发展潜力的有机染料敏化剂研究所取得的进展进行了综述。为新染料的设计与合成,为提高电池的光电转化效率和稳定性提出了值得进一步深入研究的问题。
The dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) is a device of converting the solar energy into the electric power with the nanoparticle semiconductor, which has low-cost and high-efficiency advantages. The sensitizers constitutes the heart of the incident photo to current conversion efficiency (IPCE) and life of the DSC. The fundamental structure and operation principle of the DSC are presented in this paper. The study on the conditions and the progress of the organic dye-sensitizer including some prospective dyes such as comnain dyes, hemicyanine dyes, polyene dyes, indoline dyes, and so on for DCS are reviewed. Here some future development of the study are put out for new dyes synthesis and . the improvement of the IPCE.
