遵义市社区居民和医务人员安宁疗护的调查分析

A Survey of Hospice Care of Medical Professionals and Community Residents in Zunyi

目的通过对贵州省遵义市社区居民和医务人员安宁疗护的调查,以期为相关部门有针对性开展安宁疗护提供科学依据。方法随机抽取遵义市医务人员和社区居民各250名进行问卷调查。结果医务人员比城镇社区居民对安宁疗护了解程度高,学历高低与安宁疗护认知的高低成正比,不愿意接受安宁疗护的人居多,对社区卫生服务能否开展安宁疗护缺乏信心。结论受访者缺乏对安宁疗护相关知识的了解,在遵义市开展安宁疗护存在困难。

Objective To provide scientific data for the sectors concerned by surveying medical professionals and community residents in Zunyi,Guizhou Province on their hospice care knowledge.Methods To choose at random 250 medical professionals and community residents in Zunyi to complete a questionnaire.Results Medical professionals know more about hospice care than community residents;the academic degree held is in proportion to the knowledge of hospice care;most people investigated are unwilling to take hospice care and lack confidence in it.Conclusion The subjects lack knowledge of hospice care,thus making it difficult to carry out hospice care in Zunyi.
