摘要
目的检测遵义市湘江河水源水中邻苯二甲酸酯水平。方法沿湘江河地表水区域设4个监测断面,分别于枯水期、平水期、丰水期采集水样。在相同的断面,相同的时间段,连续7天采集湘江河水源水,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)对水样中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量进行检测。结果湘江河水源水邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)含量分别为ND~4.067 g/L、ND~16.875 g/L,在枯水期和丰水期之间差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论遵义市湘江河水源水质的总体水平符合国家地表水监测标准,仍然存在有机物污染的危险,有必要加强湘江和河水质监管力度。
Objective To detect levels of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) in in the water of XiangJiang River in Zunyi City.Methods Four monitoring sections were set along the Xiangjiang River area,and water samples were collected in dry season,flat water period,wet period,respectively.The diethyl phthalate(DEP) and dibutyl phthalate(DBP) in water samples collected Xiangjiang River,were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC / MS) phthalates in water samples levels.Results DEP and DBP levels of Xiangjiang River water source were ND ~ 4.067μg / L,ND ~ 16.875μg / L,and there were no significant differences among three seasons(P 〉0.05).Conclusion Although the water quality of the national surface in Xiangjiang River in Zunyi City meets the river monitoring criterion at the moment,the government should pay close attention to risk of organic pollution in the future,and it is necessary to strengthen the water quality monitoring of Xiangjiang River.
