鞘翅目昆虫细胞系建立的研究进展

摘要 随着生命科学的蓬勃发展,基因工程和细胞工程等愈来愈受到人们的重视。作为细胞工程基础之一的昆虫细胞培养技术,已在昆虫病理学、寄生虫学、内分泌学、分子遗传学、分子生物学等学科的研究中得到越来越广泛的应用。自Grace首次建立桉蚕蛾Anteraea eucalypti卵巢细胞系以来[1],新的细胞系(株)不断涌现。迄今为止,
