螺内酯治疗难治性高血压疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:评价螺内酯治疗难治性高血压(RH)的疗效。方法:85例难治性高血压患者采用自身对照,在接受包括双氢克尿噻在内的3种以上降压药物治疗的基础上,加用螺内酯20 mg,1次/d,口服。疗程均为3个月,治疗前后测量动态血压。结果:85例难治性高血压患者治疗3个月后,收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:RH患者,在原治疗基础上加用小剂量螺内酯,可明显降低血压。
