单纯性阑尾炎中西医结合治疗的临床效果观察

To observe the therapeutic effects of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Simple Appendicitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗单纯性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:选取120例单纯性阑尾炎患者为观察组,30例单纯性阑尾炎患者为对照组,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组单用西药治疗,10 d后观察两组疗效。结果:观察组中治愈101例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为94.2%;对照组中治愈18例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率为80.0%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗单纯性阑尾炎是一种积极、稳妥、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for simple appendicitis.Methods Selected 120 cases of simple appendicitis patients in the observation group,30 cases of simple appendicitis patients as the control group.observation group in the Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Control group treated with Western medicine alone.Effects were observed after 10 days.Results The observation group 101 cases were cured,effective in 12 cases,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.2%.The control group 18 cases were cured,effective in 6 cases,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80.0%.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chineseand Western medicine is a promising and effective regime in the treatment of acute appendicitis.
