摘要
针对某天然气重卡气瓶支架初始设计方案,建立支架有限元模型。按照国家标准要求对3种工况下的气瓶支架进行了仿真分析。通过仿真结果和试验结果的对比,验证了支架有限元模型的准确性。在仿真结果的基础上,综合考虑工艺性和轻量化,对支架结构进行了改进优化,并对改进结果进行了试验验证。改进方案在提升工艺性的同时实现了产品轻量化,完成了优化目标。
Based on the finite element model of cylinder bracket of the original design for heavy truck, according to national standards, three simulation conditions were carried out. By comparison between simulation results and test results, the accuracy of FE mode was verified. Based on the analysis, considering the technology and lightweight, the frame structure was improved, and the resul was verifyied by test., the arts and crafts and lightweight were improved and the goal was reached.
