摘要
以宁夏京能宁东发电有限责任公司自身设备系统为实例,针对暖风器运行存在的堵灰、腐蚀问题,分析和研究了锅炉暖风器的用途、原理和运行控制,详细对比计算了暖风器投退的热经济性,提出了暖风器完善优化应用的侧重点和技术措施。
According to clogging and corrosion in heater operation with examples in Ningxia Jingneng Ningdong Power Generation Co.Ltd.,the usage,principle and operation control of boiler heater were analyzed.Meanwhile,thermal economy with and without operation of heater were calculated and compared.Finally,focus and technical measure of heater optimization were put forward.
