摘要
就新余电厂高温过热器频繁爆管问题进行了分析,指出发生爆管的原因是过热器的结构设计存在较大缺陷,并提出了改进方案,实施后的结果表明该改造方案明显降低了同屏管圈之间的金属壁温偏差,提高了设备的可靠性及安全性能。
Frequent tube explosion of high temperature superheater in Xinyu Power Plant was analyzed and found big flaw in structure design of superheater caused tube explosions.Improvement scheme was proposed and the result showed that tube-wall temperature deviations among the same superheater platen decreased greatly,thus security and reliability of the facilities were optimized.
