针对京能宁东发电公司1号机组11号小汽轮机在运行中速关阀异常关闭的事件,通过对小汽轮机运行工况、蒸汽系统、调节系统和速关阀结构的分析,找出速关阀异常关闭的原因。在对系统进行改造和运行方式进行调整后,未发生同类事件。

According to abnormal closure of quick-closing valve of small turbine 11 of unit 1 in operation in Jingneng Ningdong Power Generation Co.Ltd.,through the analysis of the small steam turbine operating conditions,steam system,quick-closing valve control system and structure,the cause of abnormal closure of quick closing valve has been found out.After transformation of the system and adjust of operating mode,no recurrence of similar incidents.
