摘要
将丙酮、丁酮和苯甲醛与γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷反应,合成了几种新型环氧丙烯酸树脂的潜伏性固化剂——亚胺衍生物,并用IR、1HNMR和元素分析进行了表征。向环氧丙烯酸树脂中添加3%上述固化剂并进行了DSC、FT-IR、水煮、黄变和硬度等涂膜的性能测试。结果表明,本实验合成的固化剂在室温下表现出惰性,在120℃下可使环氧丙烯酸酯迅速固化,显著提高了环氧丙烯酸树脂的性能。
Several latent curing agents for epoxyacrylic resins were synthesized from T-aminopropyltriethoxysilicane and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR. DSC, FT-IR, water boiling resistence, water-absorption rate, yellowing temperature and hardness of epoxyacrylic resins contained 3% of the above mentioned curing agents were tested. It was showed that these curing agents mantained chemically stable at room temperature while performed a relatively curing activity at 120℃ , remarkably improving the various properties of epoxyacrylic resins.
