4,4'-二乙氨基二苯基乙二酮的合成与表征

摘要 以二苯乙二醇为原料,经氧化、还原、酰化、还原、硫酸铜-吡啶体系氧化5步反应得标题化合物。中间体及目标物的结构通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析进行了表征,证明了该合成路线的可行性。 Resveratrol was synthesized from organozinc halides and 5-formyl-1,3-phenylene diacetate at the first time, the whole operation is economical, mild, and the raw materials is readily available,and the gross production rate is 32. 5%. In which 5-formyl-1,3-phenylene diacetate was synthesized from 3,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid by protection of hydroxy acetoxy group,chloridation and reduction.
