摘要
淮南某电厂主厂房采用清水混凝土施工工艺,本工程在模板脱模剂、拼缝、转角、对拉螺栓、螺栓孔、模板制作加固、垫块、预埋件制作安装等方面进行了多项改进,采用了新型辅助材料,施工简便快捷,在没有大幅度增加施工成本的情况下,减少了混凝土成品因外观问题造成的返修费用,可在大型工业厂房清水混凝土工程中推广应用。
The main factory building in a power plant of Huainan City adopts plain concrete construction process. In this project, many aspects are improved such as formwork release agent, seam splicing, turning at corner, split bolt, bolt hole, fabrication and reinforcement of formwork, cushion block, fabrication and installation of pre-embedded components, etc. New auxiliary materials are used to realize convenient and fast construction. Repair cost caused by appearance defects of finished concrete products is saved without obviously increasing the construction cost. This construction technique may be promoted and used in plain concrete works of large industrial factory building.
