ABA对葡萄花色苷合成相关基因表达的影响 被引量:24

摘要 以京优葡萄为试材,研究果实成熟过程中果皮花色苷含量及其生物合成相关酶基因和转录因子转录水平的变化,同时研究不同浓度ABA处理对花色苷含量和相关基因转录水平的影响。结果表明,葡萄果实发育进入着色期,CHSs、CHIs基因家族中的CHS3、CHI2和UFGT、MybA1、MybA1-2随花色苷合成而大量表达,其转录水平与花色苷合成紧密相关;ABA处理增加果皮花色苷含量的同时能够提高花色苷合成相关基因的转录水平,并使其表达时期前移,ABA对CHS3和UFGT表达的促进作用最为明显。相关性分析表明,花色苷含量与一些花色苷合成相关的结构基因(CHS3、CHI2、F3H2和UFGT),转录因子(MybA1)的转录水平呈显著或极显著正相关,与CHS1、CHS2、CHI1、F3H1、DFR、F3'H、LDOX和OMT的转录水平相关性均不显著。 The Jingyou grape cultivars was used to study changes of anthocyanin contents, the transcription of anthocyanin biosynthesis enzyme genes and transcription factors during the fruit coloring period as well as the influence by ABA treatments of different concentrations. The results showed that the transcrip- tion of CHS3, CHI2, UFGT, MybA 1 and MybA 2 genes was closely related to the anthocyanin synthesis during the fruit coloring period and their expression increased as anthocyanin synthesis. Anthocyanin con- tents increased by the ABA treatment. Meanwhile, the transcription levels and expression time of antho- cyanin biosynthesis relevant genes were also improved. The expression of CHS3 and UFGT was significantly improved by ABA. Correlation analysis showed that anthocyanin contents was significantly positively correlated with the expression of some structural genes (CHS3, CHI2, F3H2 and UFGT) and tran- scription factors (MybA 1), while there was no significant correlation between anthocyanin contents and the expression of CHS1, CHS2, CHI1, F3H1, DFR, F3'H, LDOX and OMT.
