摘要
研究了香樟的组培快繁技术,试验表明4月是1年内采集外植体的较佳时期,在此阶段对外植体进行培养时,有效萌芽率最高。以MS为基本培养基筛选出适合香樟组培各阶段的适宜激素浓度和配比,分别为:启动培养基MS+6-BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L;增殖培养基MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;生根培养基1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。
A rapid propagation way on Cinnamomum caphora was studied by using tissue culture technique. The results showed that the optimum time for collecting explants was April, the effective emerging rate was the highest if cultured at this time. Based on MS basic cultural medium, the optimum hormone concentration and proportion for different stages of Cinnamomum caphora tissue culture were selected. The optimum initial cultural medium was MS + 6-BA 0.6mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L, the optimum multiplication medium was MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L, the optimum root inducing cultural medium was 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L.
