摘要
采用0.1 g/L SA、0.3 g/L SA、0.5 g/L SA、500 mg/L NaClO和清水浸泡处理‘乌壳’栗种子后低温贮藏,测定贮藏过程中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性、淀粉酶活性变化。结果显示:0.1 g/L SA处理在减缓淀粉酶活性的增加、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的下降、可溶性蛋白分解和可溶性糖的增加方面均显著优于其他4种处理。
‘ Wuke' chestnuts were dipped in the solution of 0. lg/L SA, 0. 3g/L SA, 0. 5g/L SA, 500 mg/L NaC10 and clear water, and then were stored at low temperature. Soluble sugars, soluble proteins, the activity of SOD and amylase were measured during the storage. The results showed that the activities of amylase and SOD in the chestnuts treated with 0. 1 g/L SA were significantly decreased, while the soluble sugars and the soluble proteins were significantly increased, compared with the other treatments.
