近视患者LASIK术后术眼球差的变化

摘要 目的观察波前像差引导的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)和常规LASIK治疗近视后术眼6 mm瞳孔直径下球差的变化情况。方法行波前像差引导LASIK手术的近视患者36例(71眼,试验组),行常规LASIK手术的近视患者36例(71眼,对照组),术前及术后1、3个月用Zywave波前像差仪测量6 mm瞳孔直径下术眼的球差。结果术前及术后1、3个月球差均方根值(RMS)试验组分别为0.13±0.11、0.30±0.05、0.32±0.01,对照组分别为0.14±0.12、0.38±0.09、0.41±0.01,两组术前比较P>0.05,各组手术前后比较、两组术后比较P<0.05。结论 LASIK术后术眼球差持续上升,波前像差引导的LASIK比常规LASIK在减少球差上升方面更有优势。 Objective To observe spherical aberration changes at the 6 mm pupil sizes after performing LASIK with wavefront-guided ablation and conventional ablation in myopia. Methods 71 eyes of 36 myopic subjects were selected as trial group,which underwent wavefront-guided LASIK, and another 71 eyes of 36 myopic subjects were selected as control group,which underwent conventional LASIK. The spherical aberration exaninations before operation and at 1,3 month after operation were performed by the Zywave aberrometer. Results The root mean square(RMS) of spherical aberration before operation and at 1-month and 3-month after operation at trial group were 0.13 ±0.11,0.30 ±0.05 and 0.32 ±0.01, while at control group were 0.14 ±0.12,0.38 ±0.09 and 0.41 ±0.01, The RMS of spherical aberration preoperative between trial group and control group show no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ), but the RMS of spherical aberration before and after operation in each group and 1-month and 3-month postoperative between trial group and control group show statistical significance(P 〈0.05). Conclusions Spherical aberration keep on rise after LASIK, and the wavefront-guided LASIK has more advantage in correcting spherical aberration than conventional LASIK.
