乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中BRCA1、Ki-67的表达变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)组织中乳腺癌易感基因1(BRCA1)、肿瘤增殖相关基因(Ki-67)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测46例IDC组织中的BRCA1、Ki-67蛋白。结果 IDC组织中BRCA1蛋白阳性19例(41.3%),Ki-67蛋白阳性34例(74.9%);BRCA1、Ki-67蛋白表达与IDC淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(P均<0.05);相关分析显示,IDC组织中BRCA1、Ki-67蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.27,P<0.01)。结论 IDC组织中BRCA1低表达、Ki-67高表达,二者在IDC的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
