注射用硫酸头孢匹罗在两种不同输液中的稳定性考察

目的:考察注射用硫酸头孢匹罗在两种不同输液(葡萄糖和木糖醇)中配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温条件(25℃),用紫外分光光度法分别测定头孢匹罗与葡萄糖和木糖醇注射液配伍后24h内的含量变化,并观察外观及pH值的变化。结果:配伍液8h内无外观变化,pH值及头孢匹罗的含量无明显变化。结论:在25℃头孢匹罗与葡萄糖和木糖醇注射液配伍8h内稳定。

Objective：To study the stability of the compatibility of Cefpirome Sulfate with 5%GS and Xylitol.Methods：The concentration of Cefpirome Sulfate at room temperature were determined by UV - spectrophotometry in 24 hours,while the pH value and appearance were observed.Results：Every guide line of the mixed solution showed that no significant changes within 0 - 24h at room temperature.Conclusion：Cefpirome Sulfate and 5%GS or Xylitol could be combined for use at room temperature in 8 hours.
