摘要
目的:总结钬激光治疗尿道肉阜的经验。方法:采用德国Dornier公司的脉冲式15w钬激光器治疗尿道肉阜患者25例,14例为乳头状瘤型,11例为血管瘤型。结果:25例患者术后创面愈合,肉阜消平,尿道口光滑,排尿通畅,临床症状缓解。结论:钬激光系统以准确的切割、最少的创伤治疗尿道肉阜,操作简便,安全易行。
Objective To report the application of holmium laser treatment of 25 cases of urethral caruncle initial experience.Methods：German Domier company 15w holmium laser pulse treatment of urethral caruncle 25 patients,14 cases of papillary tumor type,11 cases of vascular tumor type.Results：All 25 cases of postoperative wound healing,caruncle consumer level,smooth urethra,urination,the clinical symptoms.Conclusion： The holmium laser treatment system with its unique advantages,accurate cutting,minimal trauma,but also because of simple,safe and easy, can be used as a treatment of urethral caruncle treatment.
