急诊PCI与择期PCI治疗急性心肌梗死的比较研究 被引量：19

摘要 目的探讨急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)与择期PCI治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效差异。方法对160例急性心肌梗死患者分别进行急诊PCI(75例)和择期PCI(85例),观察其临床治愈率、术后心绞痛发作及病死率。结果急诊PCI治愈率高于择期PCI(P<0.05),但其总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后1周心绞痛发作情况,急诊PCI低于择期PCI(P<0.05),随访期间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论急诊PCI较择期PCI具有一定优势,有助于术后康复。
