平班水电厂一次调频功能优化方案的研究与应用

根据平班水电厂水轮机调速器一次调频功能在实际应用中出现的问题,分析一次调频功能不满足《南方区域发电厂并网运行管理实施细则》(以下简称"细则")要求的原因,并提出了优化实施方案,使一次调频功能满足"细则"要求,为同类电厂解决一次调频在应用中存在的问题提供参考。

In view of problems encountered in practical applications of primary frequency regulation （PFR） function of turbine governor in Pingban hydropower station, the paper analyzes the reason that PFR function does not satisfy the requirements of ＂Management Regulations for Grid-connected Operation of Power Plant in Southern Region＂ （hereinafter optimization scheme, which can be referenced for referred to as ＂regulations＂）, and put forwards an similar problems.
