摘要
烟草物流网络优化构建是对烟草行业所有生产、加工、经营的网点有效对接,促使物流成本最低、效率最高。如何构建最优的烟草物流网络,需要对物流节点进行科学设定。科学的选址离不开模型和方法的运用,特别是一些数学模型和计算机模型,这些模型和方法不再是理念上的方法或某些简单的因素决策过程,更多的是将数学模型与实际问题相结合,通过多因素的科学比选,进行节点选择。
The optimizing construction of tobacco logistics network is the effective link with all producing, processing and operating outlets of tobacco industry, which promotes the realization of the lowest logistics cost and highest efficiency. It needs to set the logistics nodes scientifically in order to construct best Hunan tobacco logistics network. Scientific site selection should apply models and methods, esp. Some mathematical and computer models. These models and methods are no long methods in concept or some simple decision-making procedure of factors. In more instance, they combine mathematical models with practical problems and promote the selection of nodes through scientifical selection of multi-factors.
