摘要 目的研究山茶花总黄酮(TFC)对小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤生长的抑制作用及其机制。方法建立小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤模型,将60只接种H22肝癌细胞悬液的昆明小鼠随机分为6组:正常组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(环磷酰胺)、TFC高、中、低剂量组,给药12d,末次给药后1h处死全部小鼠,称小鼠肿瘤重量,观察TFC对H22肝癌移植瘤生长的抑制作用,及其对小鼠免疫器官、巨噬细胞吞噬、淋巴细胞转化功能的影响,另取60只小鼠,分组造模同上,观察小鼠给药后存活时间的变化。结果 TFC高、中剂量组可明显抑制瘤体重量;高、中剂量组可明显增加小鼠脾和胸腺指数,且高、中剂量组能显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能和淋巴细胞转化能力;高、中剂量组可明显延长小鼠的存活时间。结论 TFC可能通过调节机体免疫功能来发挥抗肿瘤作用。 Objective To study the effects of Total of flacone C (TFC)on the growth of hepato-cellular H22 cells and e lucidate its action mechanism. Methods Sixty mice were divided into five groups randomly, model group, positive group,high dose group,median dose groupand low dose group respectively.Afer the model with H22 liver cancer were constructed.All mice were sacrificed after 12days. The effects of TFC on the growth of xenografled H22 tumor, the immune organ,phagocytic function of macrophage and lymphocyte transformation in tmnor -bearing mice were observed. Establish the same model and survey the survival time of tumor-bearing mice. Results TFC can inhibit the weight of tumor, increase the thymus index, spleen index,elevate the phagocytic function of maerophages and lymphocyte transformation capability, prolong the survival time. Conclusion TFC may be exert its anti-tumor effect by regulating immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
