孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效分析

Effects of Montelukast in Patients with Bronchiolitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 50例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成治疗组25例和对照组25例,两组均采用相同综合治疗,治疗组加服孟鲁司特钠,6个月以下2.5mg/d,6个月以上4mg/d,每晚服用1次,疗程至症状和体征消失,观察喘憋、肺部体征改善时间;并对所有病例随访3个月,观察各组患儿在此期间再次出现喘息的例数及复发率。结果治疗组在喘憋、肺部体征持续时间及住院天数方面均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);同时治疗组喘息复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effects ofmontelukast in patients with bronchiolitis. Methods Randomly group 50 children with bmnchiolitis were divided into treated group（n=25） and conventional group （n=25）.The treated group were given the usual therapy and montelukast（2.5 mg qn 〈 6 months, 4rag qn 〉6 months）,the latter group received just the usual therapy. The effects were evaluated and compared. Results The time needed to settle the asthma in the treated group was significantly shorter than the conventional group（P〈 0.01）. The recurrence rate of wheeze in the treated group was significantly lower than the conventional group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Oral administration of montelukast for patients with bronchiolitis is effective.
