摘要
目的探讨嗜铬细胞瘤手术前后的病情观察及护理。方法对16例嗜铬细胞瘤的手术患者,做好术前的用药观察、心理护理、术前的健康教育及术后的监测及外科护理。结果 16例患者均顺利度过围术期,术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生,如期出院。结论充分的术前准备及手术前后细致的病情观察与护理可以有效提高手术治疗的成功率,提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the pheochromocytoma before and after operation the condition observation and nursing. Methods 16 cases of pheochromocytoma operation patients, preoperative medication observation, psychological nursing, preoperative health education and postoperative monitoring and surgical nursing. Results The 16 patients were successfully through the perioperative period, good postoperative recovery, no serious complications occurred, be discharged. Conclusion Full preoperative preparation and operation before and after careful observation and nursing can effectively improve the operation of treatment success rate, improve the cure rate.
