口服联合外用抗真菌药治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Vulvavaginal Candida Disease by Oral Joint Topical Antifungal

目的探讨采用伊曲康唑胶囊口服联合硝酸咪康唑栓外用治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年6月至2011年6月我院采用伊曲康唑胶囊口服联合硝酸咪康唑栓外用治疗的128例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床资料,并以同期单纯采用硝酸咪康唑栓外用治疗的128例患者为对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用伊曲康唑胶囊口服联合硝酸咪康唑栓外用治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效确切,值得临床推广。
