乙烯雌酚治疗中老年女性骨质疏松症的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Diethylstilbestrol under Medical Treatment Old-age and Female Osteoporosis

目的研究和探讨乙烯雌酚对治疗中老年女性骨质疏松症的临床疗效和意义。方法将2009年10月至2010年10月在我院进行骨质疏松治疗的73例中老年女性患者作为入选病例，按其意愿分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加乙烯雌酚片口服，一日0．25-0．5mg，每隔3周停药1周。结果经过3个周期的治疗，73例患者，共有54人病状得到改善，总有效率为73．97％，其中治疗组36人，有效率85．71％，对照组18人，有效率58．06％，治疗组明显高于对照组。结论乙烯雌酚在治疗中老年女性骨质疏松症的应用中，可以有效提升患者体内骨量（BMD）和血清钙含量，改变骨组织对甲状腺旁腺激素的敏感性，重新催生新的骨基质，对骨质流失有明显的疗效。

Results After three periods of the treatment, 73 sufferers, totally have 54 people the symptoms of disease to get an improvement, always efficient is 73.97%, among them, the treatment set is 36 people, efficient 85.71%, the matched control is 18 people, efficient 58.06%, the treatment set is more obviously high than a matched control. Conclusion The ethylene female Fen can effectively promote a sufferer in the application of under medical treatment old-age and female bone soft amount of bone（BMD） inside the body and serum calcium content, change bone organization＇s sensitivity for the thyroid gland side gland hormone, reurge to living a new bone radicle quality, run offto have obvious curative effect to the bone substance.
