不典型乳腺癌的直接数字钼靶征象分析(附36例报道)

The Analysis of Direct Digital Mammography Image of Atypical Breast Carcinoma

目的探讨不典型乳腺癌直接数字乳腺征象。方法作者总结了36例不典型乳腺癌的X线表现。全部病例均采用直接数字乳腺钼靶摄影。结果 36例中,14例表现为局灶性致密影,16例表现为腺体结构紊乱,6例表现为星芒状病灶。结论局灶性致密影,腺体结构紊乱、星芒状影是不典型乳腺癌重要征象。

Objective To investigate image characters of atypical breast carcinoma. Methods The authors collected the mammographic images of 36 cases with atypical breast carcinoma. All cases were examined with direct digital mammography. Results Among the 36cases, 14 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density, 16 cases had architecture distortion, 6 cases demonstrated star sign. Conclusion In local focus of increased density, architecture distortion,demonstrated star sign is important image in atypical breast carcinoma.
