摘要
本文针对渔船使用增压柴油机中存在的极待解决的问题,提出了增设空冷节能器的必要性,并设计研制出了空冷节能器。试验结果表明,该空冷节能器节油率达8%,总排温降低70～100℃,增加功率20%,压力损失△P_K<160mmH_2O。
The authors aims at the problems expected to be solved and existing in the fishingboats using charged diesel engine,raising the necessity of increasing and extablishing aAir-Cooled Energy Saver.The Air-Cooled Energy Saver has been designed,researchedand made.We have obtained The following effects by experiments done agin and agin.1.Saving eight per cent(8%)diesel.2.Decreasing total exhaust temperature 100℃.3.Increasing twenty per cent(20%)power.4.The loss of pressure is △Pk<160mm H_2O.
