玉米芯和羊粪混配基质对豌豆生长发育的影响

Effect of the Mixed Substrates of Corn Cob and Sheep Manure on Growth and Development of Pea Seedlings

[目的]研究玉米芯和羊粪混配基质对豌豆生长发育的影响,为开发利用当地农业有机废弃物发展豌豆无土栽培提供科学依据。[方法]以豌豆为研究对象,以玉米芯和羊粪为基质材料,按不同体积比配制成5个基质配方,以常规土壤栽培和不施加羊粪的玉米芯为对照。[结果]配方1(羊粪∶玉米芯=1∶5)极显著提高了豌豆出苗率和幼苗叶面积,显著增加了豌豆幼苗的株高、茎粗和根长;配方2(羊粪∶玉米芯=2∶4)极显著增加了豌豆幼苗的株高和叶面积,显著增加了其茎粗。配方1在豌豆苗的叶干重、根鲜重、茎鲜重和叶鲜重方面均显著或极显著优于土壤和玉米芯配方;配方2在豌豆苗的茎干重、叶干重、根鲜重、茎鲜重、叶鲜重和根冠比等方面均显著优于土壤和玉米芯。[结论]羊粪∶玉米芯为1∶5和2∶4是比较理想的豌豆苗栽培基质。

[ Objective ] To study the effects of mixed substrates of corn cob and sheep manure on growth and development of pea seedlings, so as to provide a scientific basis for developing the soilless culture of peas by using local agricultural organic wastes. [ Method ] The experiment was conducted with peas as the study objects,five kinds of substrates were prepared by mixing the corn cob and sheep manure at different ratios,the peas cultivated in conventional soil And corn cob were control. [ Result ] Substrate 1 （sheep manure ：corn cob = 1：5） significantly improved the seedling emergence rate and average leaf area per plant, and increased the plant height, stem diameter and root length; substrate 2 （sheep manure ： corn cob = 2： 4） significantly improved the plant height and average leaf area per plant, and increased the stem diameter. The leaf dry weight,root fresh weight, stem fresh weight and leaf fresh weight of pea seedlings cultivated in formula 1 were significantly or extremely significantly better than that of pea seedlings cultivated in soil and corn cob ; the stem dry weight, leaf dry weight, root fresh weight, stem fresh weight, leaf fresh weight and root-crown ratio of pea seedlings cultivated in formula 2 were significantly or extremely significantly better than that of pea seedlings cultivated in soil and corn cob. [ Conclusion~ The mixed substrates of sheep manure ：corn cob （l： 5 and 2：4） were ideal for culturing pea seed- lings.
