摘要 [目的]对影响稻草秸秆厌氧生产生物沼气的重要因素进行分析,以提高产气率,最大限度地提高秸秆原料利用率。[方法]采用单因素法对南京工业大学沼气站生产沼气的接种量、总固体含量、碳氮比进行分析。[结果]沼气站厌氧发酵的最优条件为接种量34%,总固体含量6%,碳氮比25∶1。经验证,最优配比下的总产气量比目前常用的发酵条件(接种量50%,总固体含量5.6%,碳氮比22∶1)下的总产气量提高了27.60%。[结论]为进一步研究利用秸秆发酵产沼气提供了依据。 [ Objective ] The aim was to improve the biogas production rate, and improve the use ratio of rice straws to the furthest. [ Method] Mono-factor method was adopted to analyze the influence of inoculated amount, total solid content and carbon-nitrogen ratio on biogas produc- tion in biogas station of Nanjing University of Technology. [Result] It was found that the most optimum condition was: inoculated amount of 34%, total solid content of 6 %, and carbon-nitrogen ratio of 25: 1. According to the experimental verification, the total biogas yield in experi- mental group increased 27.6% than the control group. [ Conclusion] The research provided the reference of the further industrialization pro- duce biogas using straws.
