摘要
水质综合评价是环境规划与管理的一项重要的基础工作。河流水环境系统是具有模糊性、随机性和未确知性的复杂系统,将模糊逻辑理论用于集对分析,构建六元"同异反层次法"联系数,建立淮河干流水质评价的集对分析模型。实例研究表明,模型能够得到综合评价结果对各等级的隶属度,结果更加精确、可信,符合实际。
The comprehensive evaluation of water quality is an important foundation work for environmental planning and management. The river water environment is a complex,fuzzy, random and uncertain system. By applying the fuzzy logistics theory in set pair analysis ,the method of "hierarchy approach of identity -discrepancy -contrary" for confirming connection number is proposed, and the set pair analysis method for evaluating water quality of Huaihe river mainstream is established. Analytical study results indicate that the model reflects the membership of various levels, and the results are accurate, reasonable and reliable.
