摘要
[目的]考察膜生物反应器(MBR)对生活污水中COD和氨氮的去除效果。[方法]以成都市第二污水处理厂进水为中试用水,采用由自主开发的聚偏氟乙烯制成的高性能中空纤维膜材料做的膜组件进行中试研究,试验工艺为A/O-MBR,对MBR在实际废水中的性能进行评估。[结果]采用MBR处理生活污水,对CODCr去除率平均水平在90%以上,且在进水CODCr波动比较大的情况下,保持相90%以上。运行期间,回流量维持在5 m3/h,出水流量在1.3~2.2 m3/h变动,相应的HRT在6.7~12.0 h变动,但出水水质并没有较大变化,说明MBR系统对HRT的要求并不高。[结论]MBR对生活污水中的COD和氨氮具有良好的去除效果。
[Objective] The study aimed to investigate the membrane-bioreactor(MBR) for the effects on removing the COD and N-NH3 in the domestic sewage.[Method] With the water inlet from the second sewage treatment plant in Chengdu City as the pilot water,the membrane modules made with the hollow fiber membrane materials with high performance prepared by the independent development of PVDF was taken for the pilot study with the test technology of A/O-MBR,and the performance of MBR in the actual waste water was assessed.[Result] When the MBR was used for the sewage treatment,the average level of CODCr removal rate was more than 90%,and under the CODCr fluctuations in the water inlet was big,keeping the same hydraulic retention time all could make the CODCr in the water inlet maintain the stability at the lower level.MBR system had good effect on removing NH3-N,with the average level of NH3-N being more than 90%.During the operation,the back flow amount maintained at 5 m3/h,the water outlet flow changed in 1.3-2.2 m3/h,the corresponding HRT changed in 6.7-12.0 h,but there was no greater change for the quality of the water outlet,indicating that the MBR system had no high requirements on HRT.[Conclusion] MBR system showed the good effects on removing the COD and N-NH3 in the domestic sewage.
