Nisin和EDTA联合抑制金黄色葡萄球菌效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为Nisin与其他防腐剂的混合使用提供参考依据。[方法]以金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌,通过单独与联合抑菌试验研究EDTA与Nisin的抑菌效果。[结果]Nisin对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用随着浓度增加而逐渐增强。当浓度低于0.05 mg/ml时,Nisin的抑菌效果不明显,当浓度高于0.50 mg/ml时,Nisin的抑菌效果变化不大。EDTA对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用很小,当浓度高于0.10mg/ml时,EDTA的抑菌效果变化不大。当EDTA浓度不变时,随着Nisin的浓度增加EDTA与Nisin的联合抑菌效果不断增强。Nisin与EDTA联合使用时表现出协同作用,Nisin与EDTA的浓度分别为0.50和0.10 mg/ml时,其抑菌效果显著。[结论]复合防腐剂能有效提高各自对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果,能有效地抑制金黄色葡萄糖球菌的生长繁殖。 [Objective] The purpose was to supply reference for combined application of Nisin and other preservatives.[Method] With Staphylococcus aureus as tested bacteria,the bacteristasis effects of EDTA and Nisin were researched through single and combination bacteristasis tests.[Result] The inhibitory action of Nisin on S.aureus was enhanced gradually along with the increase of its concn.When the concn.was lower than 0.05 mg/ml,the bacteristasis effect of Nisin was not obvious and when its concn.was higher than 0.50 mg/ml,the change of its bacteristasis effect was little.The inhibitory action of EDTA on S.aureus was very little and when its concn.was higher than 0.10 mg/ml,the change of its bacteristasis effect was little.When the concn.of EDTA was kept invariable,when the concn.of Nisin was increased,the combination bacteristasis effect of EDTA and Nisin was enhanced continuously.Nisin and EDTA showed synergistic action in combination application and when their concn.were 0.50 and 0.10 mg/ml,their bacteristasis effect was significant.[Conclusion] The combined preservative could enhance each bacteristasis effect on S.aureus and inhibit its growth and propagation effectively.
