Study on Strategies for Agricultural Products Green Logistics Development of Ethnic Regions Based on SWOT Analysis

介绍了广东省连山县农产品绿色物流发展现状,运用SWOT方法分析了广东连山发展农产品绿色物流具有的竞争优势、劣势及存在的机遇与挑战,提出农产品绿色物流发展的对策:加大物流基础设施和物流装备投资,加强物流标准化工作;建立和完善电子商务信息平台,实现供应链信息共享;积极培育市场,实行农产品市场准入制度;弘扬科技文化,强化农产品绿色物流意识。

The development status of agricultural products green logistics in Lianshan County of Guangdong was introduced, and the competitive advantages, disa^tvantages .and opportunities and challenges of agricultural products green logistics in Lianshan were analyzed using SWOT meth- od, thus, the development strategies for agricultural products green logistics were put forward, namely, increasing logistics infrastructure and e- quipment investment, enhancing standardized work of logistics ; establishing and perfecting e-commerce platform, realizing information-sharing of supply chain; positively cultivating market, realizing agricultural products access system; propagating science and technology culture, enhancing the consciousness of,am4cultural nroducts green loaistics
