分析了土地流转合同的类型和有效农村土地流转合同,指出集体组织成员资格和政府批准是影响农村土地流转合同效力的因素,在此基础上对农村土地流转合同的效力界定进行了研究。

The paper analyzes the types and effectiveness conditions of rural land circulation contracts, points out that the legal effectiveness of rural land circulation contract was influenced by qualifications of collective organization members and government permission, based on all above, the definition of the legal effectiveness of rural land circulation was studied.
