摘要
本文通过优化晶体生长工艺,采用提拉法生长了浓度分别为0.5at%、1at%和3at%系列高质量Pr3+掺杂Lu3Al5O12晶体。通过ICP、透射光谱、荧光光谱等系统研究了晶体性能。结果表明:Pr∶LuAG晶体在紫外光范围内有较强吸收峰;X射线激发荧光峰较光致激发荧光峰发生蓝移;随掺杂浓度的提高,晶体中Pr3+的浓度成比例提高,同时晶体的透过率及荧光光谱强度都有相应提高。
Abstract:P r-doped Lu3Al5O12 (Pr: LuAG) single crystals were grown by Czochralski (Cz) method with praseodymium concentration 0. 5at%, lat% and 3at%, and high quality crystals optimizing the measured. The growth parameters. The ICP, transmission spectra, fluorescence were obtained by spectra etc were results show that Pr: LuAG crystals have strong absorption peaks in the UV range; X-ray excited fluorescence peak brings a blue shift compared with light-excited fluorescence peaks; the concentration of Pr^3+ in LuAG increased as the original doping concentration increasing, and the transmittance and fluorescence intensity also increased at the same time.
