摘要 目的观察单侧第一前磨牙缺失对咀嚼效率的影响程度。方法采用花生米过筛称重法测出39例正畸患者减数拔除一侧第一前磨牙前后的口腔咀嚼效率。采用Spss16.0统计软件检验单侧前磨牙缺失对咀嚼效率的影响。结果拔牙前后咀嚼效率的配对t检验P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论单侧前磨牙缺失对咀嚼功能无显著影响,咀嚼效率受功能性接触面积影响较大。 Objective To investigate the effect of single first premolar loss on masticatory efficiency, and to provide references for occlusion of dentition defect. Methods 39 orthodontic patients were measured by peanut chewing for their masticatory efficiency be- fore and after unilateral first premolar extraction. The data were analyzed with spss 16.0 software package. Rusults No significant differences existed among the masticatory efficiency before and after unilateral first premolar extraction. Conclusions There is no ob- vious influence of single first premolar loss on masticatory function. Functional contact area has a close relationship with masticatory effi- ciency.
